Hi, I’m Brittany Gull—founder of Flexi. The idea for Flexi came from a deeply personal place. While working a full-time job, I was also caring for my husband during his Cancer journey. Thankfully, my employer offered me the flexibility to adjust my schedule and be there when he needed me most. But I realized how rare that kind of support is. Most companies aren’t built with real people and real life in mind.
That experience showed me the value—and the necessity—of flexible work. I started Flexi to help others access the same kind of freedom, without sacrificing income or stability. Whether it’s caring for loved ones, traveling, or simply creating a schedule that works for you, Flexi is here to make work fit your life—not the other way around.
